FCC Construction was the Project Manager for the expansion of the Juniper tree nursery which grows and ships 15 million seedlings annually. The project included the erection of two new 320 foot pre-manufactured galvanized steel frame greenhouses, covered with polycarbonate panels, retractable shades and an environmental control system.

FCC Construction also constructed three new seedling holding areas with motorized retractable covers, and an irrigation system. A new electrical building was also constructed in order to house a diesel powered back up generator.
