Greenwood Ready-Mix Contributes to One of Canada’s Premier Golf Locations
TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley is one of Canada’s premier golf destinations, with three of Canada’s Top 100 Courses. Located among Caledon, Ontario’s rolling hills just outside of Toronto, TPC Toronto is the host of the 2025 RBC Canadian Open and a new Home for Canadian Golf. Osprey Valley’s humble beginnings began in 1992 with the Heathlands course, followed by two more Carrick-designed courses ten years later. In 2021, construction began on new amenities, including two clubhouses, event space, and accommodations. These additions, part of a partnership with TPC Toronto, aim to make Osprey Valley a destination for both golf enthusiasts and those seeking Caledon’s relaxing scenery.
OSCO Concrete’s Greenwood Ready-Mix is proud to be a key player in this major economic development project. With three substantial projects on one location, Greenwood’s involvement underscores their commitment to local growth and development.
TPC? In the world of golf, TPC stands for Tournament Players Club. It’s a network of PGA Tour-owned and
operated golf courses that are designed to host professional tournaments. These courses are known
for their high standards and are often visited by amateur golfers as well.
Three Projects on One Location
Main Clubhouse: Greenwood Ready-Mix began delivering concrete for the new clubhouse in August of 2022. The concrete supply for this building was completed in June of 2023. Greenwood successfully delivered over 2,600 m³ of concrete for the new clubhouse, showcasing their efficiency and reliability in large-scale projects.
2nd Clubhouse: For the Heathlands Clubhouse, Greenwood supplied a total of 1,400 m³ of concrete, ensuring the structure’s robust foundation and longevity.
15 Villas: Greenwood also delivered 1,200 m³ of concrete for the construction of 15 villas, adding to the array of accommodations that make Osprey Valley a sought-after destination.
